County parcel documents are reviewed after purchase. If additional pins are required beyond the included four, or if the parcel layout shows more corners than expected, additional charges may apply.

BoundaryMarkers provides boundary pin locating services for residential and rural properties.
By purchasing any service from BoundaryMarkers, the customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope of Service
BoundaryMarkers locates existing boundary pins on a single, contiguous parcel of land. Each purchase applies to one parcel only. Multiple parcels, split parcels, or non‑contiguous tracts require separate purchases.
2. Parcel Size and Additional Charges
The acreage listed for each service (for example, “Up to 6 Acres”) refers to one single piece of property. If county records show the parcel exceeds the purchased acreage, or if additional corners or pins exist beyond the included amount, additional charges may apply. Customers will be notified before extra work is performed.
3. Permission to Enter Property
By purchasing this service, the customer affirms they have legal authority to grant access and grants BoundaryMarkers permission to enter the property for the purpose of locating boundary pins, exposing pins, marking corners, and photographing pin locations.
4. Boundary Marking Flags
BoundaryMarkers will place small, bright survey flags at located boundary corners. These flags are temporary markers and may be removed or displaced by weather, mowing, animals, or other activity.
5. Dogs and Animal Hazards
The customer agrees to secure all dogs and animals prior to the scheduled service time. BoundaryMarkers is not responsible for injuries caused by animals. Technicians will not enter areas where aggressive or unsecured animals are present. If unsafe conditions exist, the appointment may be rescheduled or canceled.
6. Obstructions and Accessibility
Boundary pins may be buried, obstructed, or located in difficult terrain. BoundaryMarkers will make reasonable efforts to locate pins but cannot guarantee that all pins will be found. The customer understands that concrete slabs, structures, vehicles, trees, heavy equipment or terrain may limit access.
7. Survey?
BoundaryMarkers does not place boundary pins, we find them. BoundaryMarkers locates existing pins only and provides visual evidence for homeowner reference.
8. Weather and Safety
BoundaryMarkers may reschedule service due to severe weather, lightning, flooding, unsafe terrain, or other safety concerns.
9. Liability Limitations
BoundaryMarkers is not responsible for damage caused by pre‑existing conditions, misplaced or missing pins, incorrect county records, neighbor disputes, or encroachments discovered after service. The customer agrees that BoundaryMarkers’ liability is limited to the cost of the purchased service.
10. Refunds
Full refunds are issued only if BoundaryMarkers cannot perform the service due to internal reasons.
If the customer provides incorrect property information, refuses access, or creates unsafe conditions, the service fee may be forfeited. Because scheduling, administrative processing, and preparation begin immediately upon purchase, a service fee of $50 will be retained from the original purchase price. The customer understands that there will be no refund if concrete slabs, structures, vehicles, trees, heavy equipment or terrain limit access to County documented pin location.
11. Equipment Safety
The customer agrees to maintain a safe environment for BoundaryMarkers’ equipment. Damage caused by animals, vehicles, or hazardous property conditions may result in additional charges.
12. Access Requirements
Driveways, gates, and property entrances must be accessible at the time of service. BoundaryMarkers will not trespass on neighboring properties to reach boundary corners.
13. Photo Documentation
BoundaryMarkers will photograph pin locations for documentation and customer reference. Photos will not be used for any other purpose. Customer request for photos will be honored. Photos requested will be via email or text only.
14. Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold BoundaryMarkers harmless from disputes, claims, or legal actions arising from boundary locations, property lines, or neighbor disagreements.
